***SPOILER***

Kansas will win.

I'd like to say it matters, but UCLA will take them out anyway 😛

HAHAHAHAHA! Thanks for the laugh!

we'll see what happens once they go up against a team that actually has a defense 😉

Just making sure I get all this quoted so you can't edit it out later.

'Cause we all know none of those Big 12 teams KU beat play defense. Nor Florida. Nor Southern Cal. Nor BC.

well none of them can dish it out the same way UCLA can

i'm not saying it won't be a good game, but kansas is going up against something they're not used to

Or perhaps UCLA hasn't seen an offense as versatile as KU's. Either way, we'll have our answer soon enough.

About Odin and the OSU/Xavier game.

I spoke with an NCAA referee. Odin committed an intentinal foul, by rule. The refs blew it.

By NCAA rule anytime you put two hands on somebody's back and extend your arms it is an INTENTIONAL foul. Two FT, and the ball to the opposing team.

It's Oden, and IIRC there were NCAA referees refereeing that game. Apparently it wasn't intentional.

Edit:Just watched the replay, and Oden didn't put his hands on his back, more of his side (and actually hit part of the ball). And Cage got tripped up by it looks like Lewis (unintentionally) and was falling even before Oden's arms started extending. So please STFU and quit crying.

hey KLin, maybe you should put the "march madness" in the title of this thread in ALL CAPS

I know it should be obvious, but this is the second person I know of that completely missed the thread

GO PAC 10!!
(if they win, that'll be 3 PAC 10 teams in the sweet 16)

SC looked pretty tough in that game. I really expected Texas to go far in the tournament based on a game I saw a week or so before the tournament started. Durant was amazing, and Augustin was dynamic. SC looks like a tough out. In fact, I'll be surprised if at least 2 Pac 10 teams don't make it to the Great 8.

No problem. UCLA SUCKS!!!

😉
Don't underestimate UCLA. They lost the bravado at the end of the season, losing on the road and then being taken out early in the Pac 10 tournament. So the fear of losing the luster is long gone. It won't surprise me one bit to see them in the final 4. Aaron Afflalo hasn't been playing as well as he was lately but my intuition tells me that he may be in a steady uptrend that will take them to the FF. Sucks? They were the dominant team in the best conference in the country. Two weeks ago they were Seth Davis' pick for the number one seed overall.

Most people don't have enough imagination to make that pitiful cry "the best cheer they have EVER heard".

"Rock Chalk Jayhawk KU"

Waving the Wheat in Allen Fieldhouse, by contrast, will make all the little hairs on your entire body stand on end.

This Kansas game is the worst spectacle I may have ever witnessed. 30 mins of commercials for a 20 min half and garbage play on both teams.
