Honestly though, different lighting conditions would make it impossible to be reliable enough to use it everywhere.

A lot of good software improvements. A LOT of problems I've mentioned before like task killers, bad keyboard, bad text prediction/selection.

I think 4.0 is the facelift Android finally needed. Finally. 2 years later. Now we can look back and say I was pretty justified in flaming Android's 2.x releases.
