If you go in the wrong direction and the very end you find a funny on converstation between marines.

One is instead the locked door the other wants in for ammo.

Ya, saw that last night. He was wanting in to get some more ammo, and the guy behind the door was saying no, that he knew he was a brute. The guy on the outside then said he wasn't a brute, and the guy inside said then he was being forced by brutes to get the door open.

i have that too and someone told me it's when your team wins by 30 points or more.

I got a chance to look at the game and we won by 27. I Googled it and someone said that you get it if your team wins by more than 20 so that works out.

Aaah cool gotcha. I want to check out my game I got it as well, not sure which one it was but I haven't done many multiplayer games yet.

Anyone interested in some Legendary co-op? Some friends and I went through on Heroic, so now I need to tackle Legendary. I should have time tonight and then over the weekend. So if anyone needs another person for co-op just look for me on Live (gamertag: Thraxen).

I can do weekends and late nights. Can't play during primetime since new shows are airing this week.

So i read the reviews and everyone said how easy this game was and that basically if you've ever played a game before to start on heroic.

HOLY CRAP!!!

Its so hard!! I mean, i never have trouble with games..beat halo 1 and 2 on heroic, beat bioshock on hard, beat ninja gaiden, no problem (except the boss in the church was tough, but that was it).

I've never played a game so difficult.

I'm stuck at the highway where you're trying to get past the forcefield at the end of the highway....so insane.

Anyone else having trouble on heroic? Am i just gettingold??

Fixed.

The only part I've found that was a little difficult was the Scarab encounters (2nd and 3rd)...although the 3rd was made much easier with the (whatever the flying Marine helicoptor ship thing is). The only other parts that were hard were inside the alien ship with those rapid fire machine gun aliens that attach to the walls/ceilings.

What is Campaign Scoring?

Halo 3 introduces a new social, competitive aspect to the campaign experience with a nifty feature we call ?Campaign Scoring.? This creatively named option is exactly what it sounds like ? a way to keep score while playing the campaign. This score is a combination of many things ? every enemy you kill will give you points, finishing missions will give you points, enabling skulls will give you more points and so on? In addition to simply being a badge of honor and a platform for bragging rights versus your friends, these scores are also tied to earning achievements on each mission in the game.

I think my problem is I prefer to go in guns-blazing which can lead to a massive raping if I'm not careful. Eventually I decided to just inch forward with the warthog and mow down a couple foes at a time with the turret, rinse, repeat. Every other time I tried to plow through them all at once but that never ended well .

(The Elites had shields and always moved out of the way when you started shooting/threw a grenade, the Brutes just stand there and get shot. The only real easy kill on the Elites were a noob combo w/ plasma/BR)

i think he's talking about the part before that, when you have to blow up the purplse force field to continue on.

however, the part you are talking about, took me QUITE some time on heroic when I was playing solo. I died atleast 10 times before i finally got passed it.

If you have a Live Gold account you should play a co-op game so you don't have to put up with the crappy AI driving. Sure, if I'm driving you around we may roll over a time or two, but at least I won't drive into a wall and just sit there getting shot

i think he's talking about the part before that, when you have to blow up the purplse force field to continue on.

however, the part you are talking about, took me QUITE some time on heroic when I was playing solo. I died atleast 10 times before i finally got passed it.

Yeah, i'm talking about the road block part...there are two wraiths before the bridge...but its impossible to get to just one without the other killing me (along with the plama turrets and Choppers that are all around)

it was such a crappy autosave spot.

Think that's the spot I was talking about...like there's that big huge grass field...have to go up...two Wraiths, then a medium length bridge with the purple roadblocks...after you pass that you'll see where a crashed Pelican is and a bunch of Brutes...then a forcefield right?

Yeah, exactly!

If you can get the extra power of a Wraith, go for it. Unless you have a tank or a rocket launcher to kill it, you are better off rushing it (or riding a vehicle close to it), getting out, boarding the Wraith, and just melee it till the driver dies and taking control of it. (To my knowledge, if there are two Wraiths and you're trying to board one, the other one *shouldn't* shoot at you until you kill the driver and try to board that one)
