wasnt sure where to put this- but i tried to sell my ep1 and hl2 and the anandtech moderator saved my butt, apparently you can't sell these!!! So I wanted to say thanks to the mod for doing me a favor and letting me know. and this also means i have a copy of Ep 1 and original HL2 available!
 
I have mine available as well. I don't care who gets them really, so first come first serve.

I could definitely use a copy of HL2 if any are available. I used to play HL1, and it's about time I get a new game =)
 
Anyone know if it's possible to gift my copy of PORTAL to someone else? Could I just uninstall Steam and give my login info to someone else?

Question: I have HL2 but it wasnt installed when I installed the Orange Box. Is there anyway that I can still do it?
 
I've been trying to think of a friend that I could gift HL2 to, but don't have many who play PC games. I was gonna give it to my roommate but he just bought the Orange Box so he's all set.

Thus, I have just HL2 to gift to anyone who would like it.

Although it is three years old now and the HL2 singleplayer has not received the engine enhancements like the newer Source releases, it stills look surprisingly good (slightly low res textures and weak lighting and shadows is really the only things lacking) and most importantly it is a very fun campaign IMO. I liked HL2 singleplayer FAR more than than HL1. I never could finish HL1. IMO, the main reason that I liked HL1 and why it was (and is) hugely popular is because of the MP mods.
