Thanks for the encouragement guys, but I am gonna get this fixed. I'm pissed that I am paying for cable access and getting such bad service. I hope after I call today, I can get something done.
just wanted to drop in and thank you CS guys for using this thread like it should be, and not cluttering up OT with "lets go play CS threads". the number of CS threads has been siginifcantly reduced. I thank you
