Another Queasy question, I know you can get "tokens" for the gold plated weapons, didn't you say a while ago that they would also be unlockable? I've no interest in them but some one mentioned it.

And also, the Limited Edition has the gold plated Lancer while the Gamestop pre-order has a gold plated Hammerburst, am I double correct or dead wrong?

just FYI, the IGN review has quite a few spoilers about some of the new gameplay elements that you see in the campaign mode so if you have been trying to avoid stuff for spoiler reasons, avoid that review.

I almost watched the Gametrailers review last night, but then decided I would like to be surprised. I have watched some of the videos and dev diaries, but they were always about multiplayer.

LMAO - looks like some GoW/Xbox haters spammed the user rating score - 3.1/10 based on 3300 votes. Even gets a note from a metacritic editor:

Yeah I just saw that. I was wondering what the hell happened...seems like a pretty concerted effort. You gotta admire their tenacity.

I guess the big question is going to be, what is everyone going to hit first? Single-player, Horde, or Multi-player?

I always beat the single player game before going into multi. Then after awhile on multi I might go back and play on the hardest setting.

My wife told me no purchases until after Christmas because I'll buy all of my presents ahead of time. Wonder if I can somehow scratch this off the list and go buy it...

I'm with you. I usually do SP first (maybe even twice) and then move to MP. I'm thinking once through solo, then again with a friend on Insane.

Exact same thing happened to me the last few years and when GOW1 came out. Luckily we celebrated xmas in Nov with her family so I didn't have to wait till the end of Dec for it.
