I still don't see how people prefer GT over this game. I thought the original Forza wiped the floor with GT3, and I had the first two Gran Turismo games. Just watching the replays and viewing the telemetry data showed me Forza had a lot more going for it, not to mention the reviews that said as such (What was it 4x the physics calculations of GT3?). Throw in the damage modeling, and more cars, it was a no-brainer IMO.
it's not about the number of cars that a game has, or whatever number crunching data the game developer claims, or having ferrari, or having custom paint scheme...
i think a driving game is ALL about the physics, the feel of it... forza was aimed at GT4, and GT4 just feels so right that i don't care about anything else... i just want to drive my M5 around the nurbergring and feel the oversteer...
