Official Forza 2 car list(not including downloadable cars)

Man I hope this game rocks. I'd like to see an option to import computer-made paint skins for the cars, but I'm sure you can only use an in-game editor.

That was talked about at one point as part of the Vista cross-compatibility. Never heard anything more about it though...
 
What I really liked about Forza was the control scheme. Specifically, how the left trigger was brake, and right trigger was gas.
 
I still don't see how people prefer GT over this game. I thought the original Forza wiped the floor with GT3, and I had the first two Gran Turismo games. Just watching the replays and viewing the telemetry data showed me Forza had a lot more going for it, not to mention the reviews that said as such (What was it 4x the physics calculations of GT3?). Throw in the damage modeling, and more cars, it was a no-brainer IMO.

it's not about the number of cars that a game has, or whatever number crunching data the game developer claims, or having ferrari, or having custom paint scheme...

i think a driving game is ALL about the physics, the feel of it... forza was aimed at GT4, and GT4 just feels so right that i don't care about anything else... i just want to drive my M5 around the nurbergring and feel the oversteer...

Well, maybe they (Wii/360) won't need it. Rumor has it that XIII will not be a PS3 exclusive.

I have extensively played both, and I can unquestionably say Forza is the better game.

Loved Forza, hoping this rocks, and that it finally gets me to go Live.

Any word on when the demo will be released?

IRL the ME4-12 actually did do 0-60 < 3seconds 😀
 
I can't wait for this game either. I think forza was awesome compared to GT3, but as a game that I could keep playing, GT3 was better in my opinion. These opinions don't include live. Live is awesome.
 
The car models really aren't much more detailed (appearance wise) than those on PGR3. I'm looking at the newly released screenshots of the F430GT and it looks about the same as PGR3.

I really wouldn't count on it.

It's a slim possibility, but I think Sony will do whatever it takes to keep it exclusive.

(Not that I don't WANT it to be on the 360, because it'll be a long time before the PS3 comes down to my price range)
