LOTR is now at 9.6/10 on IMDB, with 700+ votes. 😀 Once it reaches 1250 votes it should knock "The Godfather" (and its measly 9.0/10) out of the #1 spot on the Top 250 list. Hehehe...
 
dragonlance blows. the first 3 are good and then raistlin becomes a god. big frickin' whoopty do. LOTR rules because its the fat and soft little hobbits entrusted with the most important and dangerous mission ever. the Wise couldn't do it because they would be too tempted by the Ring. this is what robert jordan hasn't figured out, that god-like characters are booooring. hopefully george rr martin doesn't make any of his into gods, though i suspect bran might end up that way. and of course i see that big grin but i still feel the need to reply.
 
only read the second page so hopefully this hasn't been asked, but why is opening date on a Wed? not a Fri?
