</BLOCKQUOTE>You meet her at the end of the Bunker map, which is the 7th of 20 levels.

Thought I would just contribute as i finally beat this game..

NO gripes with single player, and glad it was very tough because it made you think about different strategies. All you wuss's whining about getting hit with 2 rockets and dying :p would you have rather had them make it real and have you die from 5 foot splash damage? ;) hehe..

Best game i have ever played BAR NONE. HL2 better have its sh** together, the only reason i think I MAY like that game better is because we have all related to it because of playing the first.

Pros:
Everything about the game

Cons:
Need a great system to run it acceptably (not really a con i guess, just a game thats ahead of its time)

i finished this one 2 weeks ago. this was a really fun game with great graphics. the story and cutscenes were a bit cheesy but this is easily forgiveable. all in all great gameplay, some very hard levels (this is a good thing) and while the ai is not perfect, it's better than anything else i've played. great job.
ran 1280 x 1024 with eyecandy on
a64 3200+, 1gb pc3200, ati 9800pro

You don't need to be in vehicle, it works all the time I believe. I use it to take screen shots of my boy running about the landscape.

Great game. Last levels weren't too bad on tourist mode (Easy setting). The flip side of rocket launcher AI being annoying is there are circumstances where using the rocket launcher yourself can be damn effective (especially one shot to draw attention followed by another rocket in the same spot once a crowd has gathered to investigate).

I must say in retrospect I liked NOLF2 a little better. The dialogue you overhear in NOLF2 is more entertaining than the conversations in Far Cry, and I had more fun playing it. Graphics aren't everything, at least in my opinion.

Fishing with grenades and being able to shoot the birds was a nice touch.
