I don't even watch suckooer but since my home country Sweden is in the tournament, I have no choice but support them. Everyone is talking about the Euros in the UK so I can't really not watch it lol.

why does group C only have 3 people in it, you forgot Poland

Germany will contend for it and as the past WC winner are expected to do very well
France should be strong same with Portugal

the Swiss are always strong as well as the Sweeds, Italy as well as Belgium are hit or miss lately

I have Wales making out of their group, at the least. Even if they don't have a ton of talent individually (minus Bale ofc), they actually play well as a team.

I think France will win though. Germany doesn't have enough up front to win it all. Muller is way better on the right, and that leaves them with no true CF, which will hurt them.

Definitely going to be some upsets. This is going to be a good Euros.

3 constants in European soccer are:

Italy will play like shit and win games they shouldn't 🙂
Germans are methodical and will go far
England will be overhyped and disappoint

The English fans have (so far) been behaving in the stadiums so the team shouldn't get sectioned for it. The Russians however have been sanctioned at all three of their qualifying matches (plus their only group game so far).

England's best chance to save face is to be DQ'd. Otherwise, they are going to flame out, look awful, and not make it through qualifying.


Also, that Modric goal was beautiful. This guy needs to shoot more at Madrid.

And, alcohol is now banned from the area surrounding the stadiums during matches.
