he got the mark after he found out from the mother's little bro who tried to assassinate him that his mother did not love him and wanted him to be a curse on the village. So maybe the mark of love is from the demon trapped inside him?

Naruto has become such a let down lately-- the manga still is decent, but the anime is progressing so slowly with little plot/story development its becoming hard to sit through a 20min episod. Bleach on the other hand...:D

What filler? You mean flashbacks? Those Sand Ninjas kick ass! they're doing a lot better than the Konoha kids.
I can't wait to see the next battle. Grrrr....they better not load it up with flashbacks.

What filler? You mean flashbacks? Those Sand Ninjas kick ass! they're doing a lot better than the Konoha kids.

yeah I'm talking about the flashbacks.... the insistently long slow camera pulls, still shots of the characters staring at each other for minutes on end. :|

I agree though, I can't wait until next week with Gaara.

they do all the flash backs in teh manga

its not liek they are adding them for the sake of filler

to each his own. i thought everything about it was superb and ingenious, except the little quirks with excessive flashbacks towards the end and unclear ending.
