I'm guessing that's probably not what it's actually going to read tomorrow, but I could be wrong. 😛

he's praying

Actually Rollo will support the X1800 XT if the reviews are good.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

He has a spokesman now!!!!!

Anyway, i am sure he will get the new hardware to test it, but personally i dont see him supporting ATI.

For once i want him to post his thoughts.

Well if you can have a civilized discussion with him you'll see that he's not that bad as we think he is! Trust me I thought that he was the biggest ass ever, but I was wrong about him.

luckily I've gotten a new interest, and just bought WH40K:Winter Assault, so I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks now.

He listed both the 6600 and 6600gt but didn't say which one he used to compare with. Unless I missed it

More or less many ppl know that X1800XT will be superior to 7800GTX. Availability though of this card will be her achilleus heel... You'll see 😉
Can't say more..

Interview with Adam Foat - Nvidia UK PR

http://www.driverheaven.net/dhinterviews/adamfoat2/

Allan: ATI are due for a release shortly, what will be Nvidia's answer (well you can't blame me for trying!)?

Adam: Why am I getting so many question relating to the ?Red? team? ;-) I personally think that we have to see if they have answered a few things first. One hint I will give you though, watch this space for our own 512MB board.

See, the thing about Rollo and I. Yes, we have our biases, but we'll still run the fastest available we can, no matter who makes it. I've said it before and I'll say it again. In my FX55 AGP box, I'm using an X850XT PE. Why? Because it's better than the 6800U, imo. ATi, however, has dug a hole for itself (and no one can really deny this). They paper launched Crossfire, when they told people otherwise. Tomorrow, we find out if the same holds true for the R520 (and for their sake, I really hope it doesn't, because if it does, I'm buying a TON more shares of nVidia stock, and I'll sell a chunk of my ATi at the same time).

A lot of you people seem to miss the fact that we've posted multiple times about where we really stand, and we have NO problems calling a spade a spade (which means, if we feel nVidia did/is doing something better, we'll say so, and the same goes for ATi, or any other video card manufacturer).

Is it that hard to understand?
