ocz 3700 eb i got supposed to be brand new and i have warranty for it.
when i get sudden reboots from windows i never see blue screens.
Sometimes pretty rarely though i do see bsod -after- windows load screen which comes after
reboot recover.
Other day i ran 3 different pcmark tests plus sandra and never got errors. Will check memtest
right after i finish download sp2.
Weird thing is i got this random reboot thingie even after i formatted hd and installed windows from cd.
(didnt even install nf4/gpu drivers, only windows sp1).
I have impression my cpu simply cant handle stock 2.2 ghz speed.
right now i have 233 x 9 = 2104 and it is still stable after 5 hours. (knock on the table

)
i manually set in bios ddram 466 and 2.9v for memory. rest was auto.
I will try lock pci bus as well but come on, its kinda preposterous
that pci bus needs to be locked even at stock speed

.
You came with interesting observation about sucky cpu.
Is it even possible? Someone knows how often one sees faulty athlon 64 bad cpu?
Temps are 40C for gpu 25-27 for mobo and 34-35 for cpu.
