Already created a trade-in on Amazon for my iPad 2. Gotta get it setup before the trade-in value changes! $420 for my 64GB isn't too shabby.

Totally not expecting a refreshed iPad. Apple really wants to wring some pockets dry this shopping season. Damn.

I should care since I don't own it, but I'm seriously annoyed that they updated the new large iPad. Everyone who recently bought it got fucked.

Like me. 😡

Heh, on the other hand, the 4th Gen didn't address some of the issues that I had with the 3rd Gen. He didn't mention any changes to weight and battery capacity due to the powering the retina display (aka charging rate too). I'm not anymore likely to buy a 4th Gen over a 3rd Gen.

Didn't they just release the new iPad? My sister just bought it, totally got screwed.
30 day returns?

It's hard to get too excited about 1024x768, but Joe Consumer couldn't care less.

Funny thing is Schiller wasn't even excited about introducing the "4th gen" iPad!

That puts it at 162PPI? The pixels! Nooooo....

iPad mini looks nice, love the chamfer edge. The black looks great. I'm wondering how the standard resolution will look on the smaller screen. It may be fine at 7.9". Leaves retina upgrade available for next year.

They def. took some time there to beat it down. Wow.

I'm surprised he didn't have an actual one on hand to curb stomp. They really tore into the Nexus 7.

Well, we'll see next week (or later this one?) what Google has cooking now.

Maybe a Nexus Q 2: Electric Boogaloo

Kind of sucks that they didn't keep it to the $300 price point. They're giving Amazon and Google an awful lot of room to compete on price.

$329 is an interesting number. I was expecting $399 - right between the $299 iTouch and the $499 iPad - or $349 at the lowest. So $329 is...nice.
