I would speculate that DeepSeek will release a new model come february, spring festival - something, that again is going to kick competitions ass and put a downwards spiral on AI companies for a smallish correction.

Another thing VZ did besides seize oil fields from America and expel them, the got rid of their central bank independence and monetized their debt causing month over month inflation in the 100s of percent that went unchecked until the currency was virtually worthless.

I wish I had paid attention to MU. I used to watch them from 2008 to 2015. Even Mark Cuban was buying back then calling them a millionaire maker.
Forward PE ratio looks great..I think 500B could be doable.

Holy crap silver is at $111!
Based on my past purchases I have 13k in silver right now. I told myself I would not even consider selling until it hits at least $100, but I figured that would happen way further in the future. Going to keep holding it either way though. Although if I sold half, I would make back the money I put into it while still having some. So that's kind of tempting.

Everyone was trying to call the top on Nvidia saying its due for a huge correction but they just keep pulling rabbits out of their technology hat...so who knows what happens next. 🤷♂️

- If I've learned anything about IT/tech after working with these guys for years at this point, its that they're the master's of dazzling with bullshit.
They know that normies don't know what the fuck they do or how they do it, just that they have to do it otherwise nothing works. The meetings I've seen where IT guys are literally just stringing unrelated words together while the c-suite nods knowingly are too many at this point.
Then the after meeting debrief "well they bought it, so let's figure out what's actually wrong"...

I bought today and emerging markets had already go up 4% YTD before I bought them.
The redistribution also meant I could max out the special stock saving account we have in Denmark with "only" 17% tax on capital gains, compared to 27/42%.

FWIW unit sales at the ol complex is the slowest I can remember. Granted they are asking way too much money... which might be a part of it.
I dont know where you are seeing Silver at $111, Kitco is showing a daily high of $82.80 Maybe one of the Asian markets while everyone else was closed? No way you could sell silver over $100 right now.

That's bullshit. People deserve to be able to rent whatever they might want - this is just a naked attempt to keep renters out of specific types of neighborhoods, and all the baggage associated with that (like limiting access to better public schools). This "big landlord bad", "small landlord good" stuff is stupid.
