did the announcers just sarcastically say "in a show of professionalism, Germany started pounding the ground in frustration" as a result of that goal?
 
at least change the offside rule so there are a ton more CHANCES. How would that be boring?

The offside rule is fine. All the general rules of soccer are fine. It doesn't really matter that Americans don't like the game. Don't try to fix what ain't broke.

This made me think how lucky Neymar was that he didnt take part in this disaster, almost as if there was some divine intervention there, with him being the upcoming Brazil superstar and all
