You are the EPITOME of the "fairweather fan", as soon as the Pat's looked like they were getting blown out you come out with the "weak schedule" crap, hey, dingbat, they rotate AFC/NFC opponents every year, nobody would call Seattle, San Fran, Texans, Colts, Broncos "weak" opponents except a douch, fake, fan like YOU. "Aren't very good"? HEY FUCKNUTS, THEY MADE IT TO THE SB LAST YEAR...do yourself a favor and stop pretending to be a "fan" of any team, you suck badly at it. Grat's to Niner's, came to a tough place to win and they got it done..

ok, sure. whatever. feel free to search the football threads from the past 2 years and see when i started calling them a shit team.

for what it's worth, i expect the coach to agree with my negative opinion of tonight's play. or do you think he's super pleased? of course he's not, you jackass.

Redskins, Cowboys and Giants tied. Oh my.

Redskins are the most dynamic and fun to watch of the three. Cowboys are my home team, so I will pull for them first. NY is played out and going down. If the Cowboys can't pull it together more (a squeaker against the battered Steelers isn't instilling confidence), and don't make it, I'll happily cheer for the Skins for NFC.

I still think the AFC has it made though.

Fuck yes to the 49ers winning. Though I'll admit I was beginning to lose faith at the end. I hate prevent defense.

this niners is capable of being total screw ups as well though, as the second half showed. i still dont think they are a superbowl team

Went to my bro's after work to watch some football, totally shocked the Niners were up, until I checked the play-by-play... just gave up 3 straight TD, then another one. Tied game. I said, fuck this, I'm going home. Just checked ESPN recap now, Niners won by a TD. Crazy ass game!

Glad to see the Saints stomp the Bucs this week, would like to see the Saints go to 8-8 and end the year on a high note

I watched a good portion of the Chargers/Panthers game and it was pretty brutal to watch the Chargers just implode. The Chargers look like they just gave up on the season in that game, Philip Rivers was horrible.

How about them 'Boys. For the last few weeks, they did not fold and lose like they used to. We will see if they will make it this year or same old 'Boys.

Do defensive coordinators ever learn not to play a fucking prevent defense when you have a whole half left in the game?

Thats one thing I hate about Harbaugh...he gets a lead and he takes the foot off the pedal. Probably doesnt feel that comfortable with Kap yet, because he used to run it up when he was at Stanford. I dont quite remember, but I think they went to zone because of the hurry up offense. The Niners pretty much just play the starters on D and got wore out. They could have gotten away with it with most teams, but not against Brady. If the Niners didnt try to nurse their lead on offense, or at least sustained some drives, the defense could have gotten some rest and showed better in the second half.

Whats interesting is the Pats are 1-3 against the NFC West. And the Niners would be 12-2 if Akers didnt cost them two games against the Rams. They need to cut him and Ginn. Anyways, Niners vs Seahawks should be epic.

Let's hope they're the same old boys. :) with Romo at the helm, I like my chances. HTTR!

Don't be so quick to write off the cowboys. Romo is throwing darts, Dez is the hottest receiver in football, and the team is playing with confidence.

How long can Dez really play with that broken finger? He needs surgery on it and will go under the knife as soon as the Boys lose. They certainly can't make any kind of playoff run without him and I doubt he can play into the post season with it

i bet if they make the playoffs he plays even with a broken finger. when they are done he will rest and heal or have surgery .

i've been listening to some ravens sports talk around here and it is HILARIOUS to hear the ravens fans calling for flacco's head saying he sucks, when a few months ago every raven fan was calling him one of the elite qb's of the league.

you remind me of those fans.

cowboys play the saints, skins play the eagles. skins also have the tie-breaker. I think the skins are going to take the nfc east.

I'll be rooting for the Giants because that's my home team, but I agree that the Redskins are the most dynamic and I'd cheer for them too.
