My 7 year old daughter(colts fan) has been bagging on me(lions fans) since the end of the game. I think I heard her yell at the tv "suck it Bitches". just kidding, she only swears when she deosn't think I can hear her.

I believe that if the Colts win one more game, Luck will be the first #1 overall pick in history to have a winning record in his rookie season.
Rapelisberger, 13-0
Edit: Sorry, didn't notice the #1 overall pick part. Yay reading fail. :D

Colts-Broncos will play the first playoff game as it stands now.

The Colts haven't clinched a playoff spot yet, but with the Titans and Chiefs still on their schedule at home and the Texans likely resting everyone in the final week, it looks pretty darn good. I'm mildly surprised they beat the Lions today -- I think I had that penciled in as a loss when I was predicting their schedule the rest of the way.

No reason to be, 49ers have at least 2 wins coming up (Miami and Arizona at home). With 10 wins the Seahawks would need to run the table to win the divison because of the tie.

I think first round bye and home field advantage are bigger concerns.

It was a good game - first fight only took 3 seconds after the kickoff :D

Congrats - hopefully we'll see each other again in the playoffs

The most important game for the Steelers will be the Cincinnati game week 16. It could come down to both the Steelers and Cincinnati fighting for that last sport and both be tied with each other. That is going to be one hell of a game.

phenomenal game for Luck today. I'd say he has RoY clinched, based on a few late-game performances.

congrats to Indy and their pathetic cheatery last year to fake an injury to Manning and tank an entire season to slime their way to this amazing athlete. :D

...and have you tools given up on Kaepershit yet?

anyhoo, let's go dirty birds! :)

btw, while doing player descriptions a little while ago, did one of the Cowboys defensive players name _____ Elementary as his matriculating institution?

The anti-gun halftime rant by Bob was completely unnecessary, NBC stop throwing your political agenda BS in my face during a football game

Indy Star said:
On a Don Carey interception with 6:40 to play, Ndamukong Suh laid out Colts right tackle Winston Justice, who left the game with a concussion. Worse, Suh and his teammates stood over Justice and laughed and danced.

I bet Suh and the rest of the Detroit thugs and their asshole head coach aren't laughing now. :D

About Suh and his antics:

Mike McGlynn said:
"If that had happened to one of their players, we'd never do something like that. But that's what makes this even sweeter. That's why they lose. I hope they never win another game."

Oh, looky here! Poor widdle Suh. Wah! Wah! Wah!

49ers/Rams one missed kick away from another tie! That would have been nuts. Two ties in one season, both by the same teams in the same match up. I still don't understand why everyone is advocating benching Alex Smith. He's played great these past couple seasons.

Andrew Luck is amazing, and the Colts are 8-4! Holy shat. Best rookie season ever.

That NYJ/Arizona game set football back 50 years. They finally got around to Benching Sanchez. Way overdue. McElroy played pretty solid. Cardinals QB, Ryan Lindley: 10 completions out of 31 attempts for 72 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT. Ouch. I feel really bad for Larry Fitz being stuck with that organization.

Baltimore losing at home against the Steelers without Big Ben? That's pretty bad.

Looking like Denver could win out their schedule for an 11 game winning streak. Great to see Peyton doing his thang.

Costas and the NBC Producer and Director that approved that shit should be fired.

Anti-American fucking bastards.

Well I don't think that's the time or place, or person (Bob Costas trying to break into serious news it seems like). BUT, just because someone differs on your gun-toting positions doesn't make them anti-American. Now go hide your guns before Obama comes to steal them! If Wayne Lapierre said it, it must be true! He's certainly not trying to trick rednecks into buying all the guns/ammo they can to drive up sales. hurhurrrr.

Yep, it's getting all political up in this bitch! But again I agree, halftime of a football game is not the time to bring up political agendas. I understand how it intersects with the sad Kansas City story from the weekend but still, it's not the right place. Still, I would like to see exactly what Costas said before fully judging the situation. Sometimes these things get blown out of proportion.

I don't know why anyone would be watching an Eagles/Cowboys game in the first place, let alone the halftime show. DVRs people!
