Ack, another tight end merry-go-round. Myers gets 1 catch for 7 yards on just 2 targets. The WRs really took over the passing game, with Heyward-Bey, Streater, and Moore getting 6, 7, and 8 targets respectively.
Glad I played Moreno, although it was more out of necessity than anything. Past couple weeks he was looking more like a high-floor player, someone who'd get a lot of opportunities but wouldn't do a whole lot with them. But he did a great job and helped pick up the slack for Myers on my team.
Bleh! Regretting not acting on Moreno when I had the chance. I was waiting to see if Murray practiced that day (would have been, and was, Murrays first day back at practice) before I picked up Moreno.
What I should have been doing is looking at dropping Sproles for Moreno instead. Oh well, hindsight and all that jazz. Still have Bryce Brown, Alf Mo, Murray, and Sproles, so I'm not hurting per se.
You still got Bryce Brown, who I passed up a couple weeks ago when I first learned that McCoy would be out. Probably the number 1 waiver pickup of the year next to Alfred Morris. Honestly with how badly Philly had been playing and with how much they had been underutilizing McCoy, I didn't have high hopes for a backup to come in and steal the show.
Sproles is kind of crappy though. Unless you're in PPR or get points for return yards, he's just not very usable. He's essentially a WR now, and generally you would rather have your RB slots filled with RBs for the more consistent points.
But yeah with Brown and Alf you're basically set.
