He cost me a win this week. All he needed was an average week for me to win.

Kind of funny how both this year and last when I touted his fantasy worthiness he has his worst game of the season.

Yeah, he cost me an unbeaten week. He's looked very average to poor so far this year. I expected him to be lights out this year. Could just be another slow start though, so I'll keep my fingers crossed for that.

Gameplan change. With Hernandez out, a lot more possession focus fell to Welker, who is simply the best in the league as a possession receiver. They also seemed determined to get Ocho more involved in the offense, which backfired in a big way.

Branch will likely be a safe start from here-on out though. Brady is quoted as being pissed he couldn't get Branch more involved this last week.

You have to think he would have hoped that Branch on the end of that one pass and not Ocho. What a freaking disaster that was.

If you watch the recap of the game, there was really nearly no deep plays that Brady went after. Branch is used more for intermediate/deep routes. Like I said, gameplan change. I'm pretty sure Brady would have preferred Branch running that route too though.

They should try to trade him to a team that lost a WR, maybe Tennessee now that Brit is lost of the season? Seems like it could be a good move for them
 
I didn't remember the specifics of the article, but I assumed if I saw it on one of the major sites that it was more than just some random dude on a message board making guesses

I said that I had posted it in another thread and was called stupid. The story you posted was the only one that I saw in preseason about him, which I was following considering I drafted him.
 
I'm fairly happy with my ATOT league. Kenny Britt got knocked out 🙁 but I've still got Welker, Dwayne Bowe, Lance Moore, and Eric Decker on tap with Miles Austin hopefully coming back after a couple of weeks so a few options there. I should also have some flexibility when SJax finally comes out to play.

In my other league though, I've got Britt, Maclin, Roy Williams and Early Doucet with Austin Collie and Mike Williams on the bench.... i'm basically throwing in the towel for that league unless a miracle occurs.
