Vernon Davis sunk me this week. Should I stick with him next week, or should I play Todd Heap (if he returns?) Seems like SF has been kinda sucking recently, so Vernon Davis may not get the ball that much.

My team's overall record: 11-1-1.
I had the highest point total in the league by an 88 point margin.
I won each game by an average of about 20 points.
I did not lose a game since week 2.
My team's lowest total score in a week was 90.
In my first playoff game I am matched up against a team that went 6-7.
I have outscored this team by a total of 292 points over the course of the season.

Obvious, completely expected result: I lose 115-74.

Fantasy football can eat my ass.

I feel ya. Wanna start a roto league next year lol

How the hell does every year I get in the top 4 and lose in the first round of the playoffs?

I lost with Tom Brady, Ahmad Bradshaw, Peyton Hillis, Roddy White, Kenny Britt, Miles Austin, Jacob Tamme, Chicago Bears, and David Akers...

Finals in all four of my leagues!!! Three of them money leagues including this ATOT one that I'm about to win again 🙂

4/4 is pretty sick.

Ahh. Nothing is more painful than completely dominating your league all year then laying a complete egg, about half your average weekly output, in the first round of the playoffs. All I had to do was win the first game of the playoffs to be in the championship where even the loser gets good money. Damn you fantasy football. Damn you.

made it to finals...my early game players kicked azz...

P Manning - 22
S Moss - 27
C Benson - 26
(Bench: Manningham - 27 and T Choice - 18)

But my afternoon players didn't do squat (M Turner, T Gonzalez ,D Branch, Pittsburgh D)...

Still won 126-113 though...

ugh it drives me absolutely bananas that bums like cedric benson go off in the fantasy playoffs whereas arian foster shits the bed.

Championship game - need some insight on who I should start.

I need to start 1 of these RBs.
Benson vs SD
Choice @ Ari

I'm leaning towards Benson. 3 of his last 5 games have been 17+ pts. The two games he sucked were against the Jets and Steelers. Choice is playing a terrible D, but his points rely on goal line carries, and I've heard that Barber might be back this week.

I need to start 3 WRs
Britt @ KC
Wayne @ Oak
Nicks @ GB
Wallace vs Car

Here I'm leaning towards Britt, Wayne, and Nicks. Britt probably has the best matchup, but the rest are playing top Ds against the pass.

Any advice is appreciated!

I'd probably go choice then. If benson had problems with the jets and steelers, how do you think he'll do against the bolts.

I'm not sold on SD's rush def. They've only faced one really good, healthy rushing team in the form of Oakland and the Raiders ran it down their throat.

Cinncy finally got the message about the run game and will retool this week for the run as primary option now that TO is out of the huddle and focus on Benson. I think Benson has a 80 yard week with a TD.

Really having some doubts about starting Hillis this week vs Baltimore...he didn't practice yesterday and BAL will focus on him more this time (Peyton did get 30 against them earlier this year)...not sure if he is getting wore down...

my backs are: Turner, Hillis, Benson, and Choice (Addai is also on my bench)...

Thinking about going with Turner, Benson and Choice...

My wideouts are just average (but they have their spurts):

S Moss, S Holmes, D Branch, M Manningham, D Amendola..

Thinking about going with Moss, Branch and Manningham this week...

P Manning is my QB, M Bryant is my kicker and I have the PIT defense...

This is for our finals...$200 for 1st place and $25 for 2nd

My opponent has:

QB - J Freeman
WR - R White
WR - J Maclin
WR - V Jackson
RB - A Peterson
RB - K Moreno
W/R - R Torain
TE - K Winslow
K - G Hartley
D - New England

Any thoughts??

I'm a Hillis owner and also a Benson owner. But also have McCoy and Blount. Going McCoy and Blount.

If I had to choose between Hillis and Benson and Choice, I'd likely go Benson. I think those 300+ carries and no respect for the passing game have brought the H-Train down to RB3 at best for the rest of the season. He's been on a major downward trend the last three weeks.

I don't think any team this week would limit playing their starters.. no team has locked up a first round bye or home field throughout yet as far as I know.

In tribute to Blount taking over a starting RB position on my team, I have renamed my squad to be "TheBroncoPunchers".

Bah. Need to start 3 of 4.

Wayne @ Oak
Welker @ Buf
Llyod Hou
Jackson @ Cin

I was iffy on Llyod with Tebow starting but hell, he was my best WR last week (Jackson on bench). Seems like they all have pretty good match-ups too. Tempted to sit Welker as he hasn't been that good most of the season (non-PPR).

I am dying here...Marcades Lewis or Owen Daniels...

have both on two separate teams...one in the finals and one in the semi-finals...

Both seem to be good plays to me...

Lewis is good for TD's but not much for yardage...
Daniels is coming on of late so to speak...is this his week to go off?

Thoughts?

So what started off good in the season became what seemed like a train wreck throughout, and I made it to the playoffs with a 3-way tie for 2nd place. And then in my playoff game, AP ends up not playing costing my what generally are much needed points only to find myself luckily winning the match thanks to other players, namely Cutler and the Bears defense.

So here I am, in the super bowl... where I originally assumed I would end up and for half of the season thought I'd never get to. I'm already ahead with Mike Wallace doing pretty decent, but the projected points are far too close to see what will happen.
