Batch looked good in 1 game against the Bucs. If he shows up against the Ravens, I'll shut up 🙂

The Bucs can make anyone look good.

SF has at least a good enough defense to stall some drives in the red zone. But they are still pathetic that ATL should have no problems moving the ball.

PIT-BAL looks to be a low scoring slugfest, like it usually is.

Well I made a dumbass decision to start Celek instead of Ward in my flex and Ward does great this week..... I won anyways though cause my opponents team stinks. Right now I am in a merry-go-round of quarterbacks. Currently starting Henne this week and have Freeman and Favre benched (bye weeks), any recommendations on who goes to dumpsville? I need to pick up a defense and dont really need 3 qbs (vikings def has bye week).

My buddy is looking to trade me michael vick since he already has tom brady, will look into that later this week.

Oh and Eli Manning in my other league has gots to geaux!

Donald Driver against Detroit
Kevin Walter against Oakland
or Justin Forsett aganist St. Louis?

I'm thinking Walter even though Driver is "projected" higher by quite a bit. Walter had one huge game, but he's scored in every game so far.

Andre Johnson might be out/limited which might mean Nnamdi Asomugha time for Walter.

RBs has slightly more value in the flex position so i might go with forsett and because he is going against STL. But driver does have a nice matchup in DET as well.

If you really like Walter I'd checkup on the status of Johnson throughout the week.

Favre is having a slow start because he missed training camp. He should get better once he develops a better rapport with his receivers. Freeman is too risky for a 2nd year starter so I'd dump him.

As for Eli, he probably would have had a better game against TEN if it wasnt for those silly turnovers, holding calls, personal fouls in the red zone. What an ugly game. He had 70% completion that game! unheard of.

Week 4 is my real tough week. My goto guy AP is out, and my replacement isn't as good as I hoped. I have very low projection, whereas every other week I've had really high. However, good schedules for most of my team so I am thinking I'll actually do better than projections. And I have to, if I want to beat this guy. And I have to beat this guy in order to get 1st place again, otherwise I could fall down even further despite having the most points in the league.

Favre is having a slow start because his WRs aren't all healthy and his pass protection has been horrible.

Freeman hasn't been to bad but I would not worry about the Bucs offense and move on.

Eli is not worth having in any fantasy year.

So I guess freeman is the man to drop this week, thats pretty much what I was leaning towards.

My current roster:
QBs: Eli and Favre
RBs: Pierre Thomas, No-show Moreno, Jon Stewart, Cadillac Williams & Fragile Fred
WRs:Randy Moss, Boldin, Nicks, Floyd
TE: TonyG
K: Kaeding
Def: SF

League starts 1QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, 1 TE, 1 Flex (WR/RB/TE), K & Def. Scoring is pretty standard w/slight PPR - 10 ru/rec yds per pt, 6 pts per Ru/RecTD, 0.5 ppr, 25 pass yds per point, 4 pts per pass TD.

Who should I claim off of waivers (FAs are picked pretty clean)? (dropping Fragile Fred)
Marshawn Lynch
Laurence Maroney
Brandon Lloyd
Kenneth Darby
Or should I keep who I have?

Thinking I should go with Maroney since I have No-show. Lynch has been playing a decent amount, and he might get traded, but there's nothing certain there. Darby doesn't seem like he'll start more than a week at most. I have enough WRs and adding Lloyd would just give me someone I'll rarely use.

Also, should I keep Stewart rostered?

Thanks.

Favre has all sort of issues on his team but he should rebound once he gets his receivers back. We're talking about whos a better backup. Favre is more established so is a better bet to put up consistent numbers. Freeman had decent games against cleveland and carolina. The cellar dwellers of the NFL. He has upside but we don't know much he's matured as a QB. He might be better next year.

Eli is definitely in the top 10 fantasy QBs so unless you are in an 8 team league he has great value.

I would go with Maroney. I took a gamble and dropped steve slaton for lynch off free agents. They seem to be using him, probably just to showcase him for a trade though. With the new QB at buffalo who knows how they will use him.

I would definitely keep Stewart. He has too much potential
Thanks for the advice. Definitely makes me feel better about my choices.

not sure who you should pickup, but I'd definitely keep JStew

Heres mine...

10 team PPR. Rank your top 4 maybe? I think I like jacoby jones the most, not sure about the others. I'm probably lowest on lloyd and roy williams.

jacoby jones
brandon lloyd
devin hester
jabar gaffney
roy williams
mike thomas
davone bess
lee evans
lance moore
nate washington
danny amendola

And would you drop Zach Miller for Dustin Keller?

For week 4, I have AP sitting out. Should I pick up Green-Ellis or John Kuhn as the bye week option? I'd be replacing Fred Jackson (such a waste. Should've known with Buffalo).

Thoughts on MJDs lackluster performance these first weeks? Not his fault, but I'm concerned with his production now that Jax looks awful.

In a 10 or 12 team league Eli is a liability. If you start 2 QBs he could have some value that would be about it.

Any suggested changes on this?
