Yahoo Finance (If you already know the company's earning you're looking for, enter the company's quote)
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VMW and click on "company events".

Bloomberg has an earnings calendar meaning you can browse by date (If you remember a company's earnings coming up on "Day X", "Week X", or "Month X" but you forgot what company it is)
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/ecal

Those are the two I use.

EDIT:
Actually Yahoo Finance has an earnings calendar as well.

Why isn't YHOO plummeting? They were worth < $20 / share before the MSFT announcement?

What microsoft announcement? The one a couple days ago said they would either workout a deal with the yahoo board, or if that didn't work, go directly to the shareholders. That tone pissed off some big shareholders tho, but that's another story.

almost forgot to document my today's purchase, bought 5k of ACTC @ 0.115, stem cell stocks should be hot this year, especially in the next few weeks. I will buy more with my dividend check from AFN tomorrow.

Has anyone ever day traded a few thousands worth into micro cap stock like PPHM? I'd imagine you'd run into liquidity issues especially when trying to sell but what are your experiences?

I would avoid penny stocks like the plague. Sure you can make a lot of money off of it but the majority of the time people lose money. Pump and dump schemes are pretty common.

Bought 1,000 shares of General Electric (GE) this afternoon, averaging in at about $32.12

Not a daytrade move, but actually a long-term investment for me!

Me neither but if you could move the price and you have multiple positions, it might not be a bad idea to make a quick buck.

The move I made in GE this morning was an investment for me as well.

I'm not interested in making quick bucks.

I am all for making quick bucks but I don't play with pennies. Why mess with worthless junk when there are thousands of real companies out there you could try to make a buck from.

I'm planning to pick up a small position for my longterm account as well.

GE moves FAR too slow for a typical daytrade. Hope it makes you guys money!

It's not daytrade for me. I don't daytrade or swing trade my longterm account. I have separate trading account I use for short term trading.
