Sorry for not posting sooner.....I got mine when I got back from my trip to New York on Friday. I really did enjoy what I received, but I don't want to ruin it by saying what I got...so I'm gonna take some pictures tomorrow and post them (hehe, I'm sure gonna be quite the fatass after I'm done). But thank you very much SS...can't wait to have my movie night 🙂

As far as my SS goes......I feel like an ass for not getting it to him yet (shipping took forever/was in NY), but I have his gifts ready to go, and I think he'll receive them before xmas 😉 So no worries!! =D
 
My package is still stuck at "Arrival at Unit" according to USPS. That's from the 18th of December now 🙁 🙁 🙁 I fear the USPS lost my gift to my SS.
 
Matt and I will wait until just after the new year before we start tracking down packages individually.

gift cert should be the last resort if you have absolutely no idea what your recipent wants. I wouldn't want my SS send me a gift cert. it is worst than cash because i can only spend in it one particular store.

I dunno my SS 'likes' included computers/electronics and one other thing

Uhm, what computer stuff/electronics stuff can I find for less than 25 bucks that won't be really dated? First I thought about a used video game. That was canned.

Then I thought about getting him a baby toy for his young child, but the shipping was going to be ridiculous because it was gonna be one of those things you put over their cradle and they hit the stuff.

I settled on a GC to a coffee shop because where he lives it gets pretty frigid outside when walking the baby.

I dunno, sometimes it's tough to get something for someone you don't really know.
 
I got my gift last week, I was just moving recently so I haven't had much time to post...

I REALLY love my gift. REALLY A LOT 🙂 My secret santa got me an Amtrak hat and the music to Rent the movie (piano). I couldn't have ASKED for a better gift. Secret Santa: seriously, you hit it right on. I had the broadway version but not the movie, and they are VERY different, which is exciting. And the hat is just awesome for my train trips to Boston 🙂

Sweet! I just came back from my parents' house. My SS package was waiting there for me. Thanks for the Best Buy gift card! 🙂 I will be using it towards a Wii classic controller.

I hope you liked your gift. I tried to get something cool, but useful, would last a long time and could be carried with you.

Tough man to shop for. You eliminated the bargain dvd bin in your dislikes, but left the rest of the store wide open with your likes. It came down to what I got or a fiver of L'eggs Silky Control Top Pantyhose.

I hope I chose...wisely.

hehe...i wasnt creative enough to think of anything else...i thought u might already have one, but you can never have enough hats, rights? 🙂 anywho...sorry about the packaging...i was at the rents house and there is practically nothing there...but it should have arrived withouth a bent bill....anywho...enjoy!
