Nice comeback win by Buffalo. Down 4-1 in the 3rd, they win 5-4 in regulation. Better start practicing that swing, Toronto.

Buffalo, with 103 points, now has a better record than any team in the Southeast can possibly finish with. Atlanta, the closest, can only get 102 points, if they win out.

I can't believe how bad the Oilers have become since the trade. They better be making a major move for some player(s) during the off season. Something tells me they had no idea this would happen and wouldn't be surprised if heads upstairs don't start to roll over this.

Just goes to show you how important leadership is especially on a young, inexperienced team like that.

I am hoping for a coaching change. I would love to see Lowe gone too but it's probably not going to happen. When a team is as completely offensively inept as they are right now, you have to start questioning some of the decision-making abilities of the brass. When you trade players away that immediately become a couple of the best offensive players on the teams they are traded to and your team scores 11 goals in a 12-game winless streak, you should be embarassed as a GM. I hope Lowe knows he made a mistake with Smyth AND Bergeron. Fsckin' sucks. :| 🙁

I don't think anyone will want to go to Edmonton. We'll see...

Last nights dream:I was in Florida with my bro on a trip that seems to be one of those Time Share like things, except i was a demonstration for an Organ(keyboard musical instrument). So we are gathered with a small group in this fancy Hotel Lobby/Conference room thingy and the guys doing the presentation come out, introduce themselves, then introduce their special celebrity spokesperson/(or whatever), Henrik Sedin!!!! He comes out in his whole Game Gear and everyone else in the crowd just sat there unimpressed, except me and my bro who gasp out loud a "Henrik!". He chuckles, gives us a nod, I move forward so to more easily catch him at the end of the presentation. Woke up shortly after that. 😀😀
 
Huge night in the East... Leafs at home vs. the Canes, Habs hosting Rangers, plus the Isles are in action against the Devils. Craaaazy night. Looking forward to it.

Oilers play @ 8. hmm I guess I will get to watch a bit before I go to hockey... I'll be watching with one eye closed though... eek :/
