I always carry several uncapped 9V batteries and 50 loose CCI stingers in my coat pocket...
I like to keep 4 D batteries in my front pocket. Just in case

No instructions NOT to carry a weapon in a pocket with your keys and change? WHAT! lol "In a s blizzard of keys and cash our hero brought his weapon up into firing position only find the mechanism jammed by a dime!"
Can we get a libtard translator in here please? I have no idea what the hell this guy is trying to say.
Personal preference and situation. Nothing else goes in the pocket though.Yeah, I thought most of us did agree that carrying in your pocket was not the best idea for concealed carry...

A good point. I carry a Taurus ultra-lite in a nemisis holster. To get a good grip/hand position that I don't have to readjust, I need to use a good amount of downward force.
vs an IWB? My shirt is tucked most of the time. I'll stick with the pocket. It's still not the best idea.
As long as you realize that your semi may only fire one shot, and your revolver may not even fire one shot, if your life is in danger and removing the pistol from your pocket first is not an option.
Concealed hammer revolvers are about the only reliable repeaters that can be fired from your pocket.
If you decide that the delay in removing the pistol from your pocket is acceptable, you still have the possibility of it simply not coming out cleanly, even with nothing else in your pocket, and creating a life ending delay.

You can open carry where you are? Otherwise, you'll be removing it from somewhere concealed.

It fired from inside his pocket, which muffled the sound, that's why people didn't know a gun had been fired.
not sure if serious...
Oh! maybe it had a "silencer!"
:snicker:
People reported that it sounded like a lightbulb popped, and they had no idea a gun had been fired.
I don't know what else would account for the sound being muffled other than the shooter's clothing.
For me, the pocket is more easily accessible.I've been using the Tuk N Go a lot lately. It works great with tucked in shirts.

If I want a little better retention, I go with my Alien Gear:

Both are very tuckable. The Tuk N Go is just a bit more comfortable so I wear that more often.
My bad. Didn't realize you were trolling. We are not discussing you though, but people in general.
.
I'm just going to say it now I don't believe that the ricochet from his bullet hit NINE people as the article claims. That seems just a bit hard to believe.
If you don't use your weapon enough to build muscle memory on operating it then you shouldn't be carrying it.
Figures he was a Glock user though, bunch of retards where a safety is too much work and too hard to operate. :whiste:
Didn't realize you were trolling.
I will never carry a gun of any kind in my pocket without the trigger being completely enclosed, don't care if it has a 10 lb pull.
An exposed trigger scares me.
Tremble before the world's ugliest Glock:
