For the last 3-4 months, I've kept a large container full of trail mix at my desk that I would munch on throughout the day. I dont think I can ever eat trail mix again; I'm soo sick of it.

Currenty, I have a box of wheat thins, a container of Emerald BBQ peanuts, and some Crystal Light "on the go" packets.

I dont really use the vending machines for snacks, but I do occasionally get a diet dr.pepper from the soda vending machine.

What do you guys keep around to munch on?

Trail mix
Big bag of pecans
Everlasting gob stoppers
Chex mix
Instant Oatmeal
Box of cereal
Energy drink packets (crystal light with a kick)

I don't have a filing cabinet, it's a pantry now.

Currently just a plastic bag of plain shredded wheat and a full throttle.

Almonds, granola bars, and oatmeal. Somehow I've still managed to put on weight in the last four months.

Note to self-bring in beef jerky to snack on.

Lola, I love Trader Joes. The problem is, whenever I go there, I spend all of this money on things I've never had before. Last time I was there, I bought 4 jars of fruit preserves...for what, I have no idea.

The biggest bag of Starbursts you've ever seen.

I take Hot Pockets and sometimes Pop Tarts to work pretty often...

Other than that nothing. :(

Thinkin of taking sunflower seeds and having a nasty spit-cup for the shells.

That is why I love it! Because I am not afraid to try something new... if I don't like it... just bring it back and try something else! Plus, 99% of the items there are so reasonably priced it is hard not to buy a lot.
I normally have a hard time buying typical "junk food" because of some ingridents but at TJ's I do not have to worry at all!

They sell some pretty cool stuff, if you like to try new things. And like Lola mentioned, the prices are not expensive. You should check it out.

I say it really depends. It depends on your expectations of a grocery store and what you are looking for. There is a large variety of food, both fresh and canned/packaged.
Good variety of products as well as wine and beer.
If you are bored one day, take a drive and look around. also keep in mind, you can try ANYTHING before you buy it.

none :)

I don't really snack at work... I tend to eat a large lunch around noon (2 hours after I get in) and that keeps me satiated till 7-8 pm when I have a light dinner / snack at home.
