I have a lot of granola (Nature Valley Oats and Honey) bars I eat for carbs/energy. Also have nuts and other assorted bars. I don't snack a lot, just because I eat 5-7 smaller meals a day, so I'm more than likely eating a meal if I'm hungry.

Why didn't that come earlier? Stop snacking fat bodies. Unless you're doing 6 meals a day for diet you should be able to sit a desk (its a desk, you aren't digging holes) and not exhaust so much energy that you need to replenish your fatliness.

Actually, I tend to disagree. True, everything in moderation and it has a lot to do what one eats, but most dr's will tell you eating small meals thoughout the day is actually good.

Office desk drawer = cans of Cambell soup for breakfast/lunch and Gatoraid 32 oz bottles.

In the refrig = 0.5L bottles of water, bread and lunch meat, and some fruits.

Jolly Ranchers
Slim Jims

and best of all

pistachios

although they aren't the greatest snack if you are doing something else since it takes two hands to bust them open.

No that's just what fat people tell themselves when they are fat and stuffing their fat heads.

The point of spreading more meals out through the day is so you can keep your metabolism working at a more constant pace. You can't justify this with slim jims and mini dorito bags. This also means that if you are going to snack during the day you need to make a conscious effort to reduce the size of your meals, which isn't something a fat body snacking all day is thinking about. I highly doubt the people that tell themselves that they are snacking because its "actually good" for them are eating the right way.
