Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!
Well, I'm not a Saints fan, but I like Brees.
Glad I called this one as my upset because Drew Brees is still Drew Brees, and he aint don't yet.
Is Andrew Luck going to play this week? Or is he staying home to play with his cats, like in the Directv ads.
At first it appeared he would play, but then it started looking more and more like he wouldn't. Irsay just says there is a "strong likelihood" he'll play. Frankly, if there is any doubt, I'd hold him out. They aren't going to win the game regardless and if his shoulder still hasn't healed, there isn't any sense in risking further injury when they're going to lose anyway.
I really wonder if his shoulder was injured earlier against the Jets or Bills and maybe a hit against the Titans finished it off.
So the Falcons weren't serious. The only unbeaten teams that seem complete are the Packers and Patriots.
Btw, are there any Seahawks fans left or has everyone jumped off their bandwagon.

Wouldn't call myself a fan but still admire their organization; although now that they've won the Super Bowl my default "scrappy underdog" team to root for is the Cardinals. The 'Hawks started slow last year and might be doing so this year but Beast Mode being gimpy definitely hurts them. Russell Wilson is a class act and he could instantly make a team like the Rams Super Bowl worthy if he played for them.
Said it in the weekly thread last week or the week before to sell in fantasy, I doubt Luck plays before their bye week (10) and that he won't play well even when he does. Owners and coaches saying repeatedly week after week about how close he is to returning is the utlimate tell.
I actually think the Colts have a better chance if Hasselback plays. I liked what I saw from the last few weeks. Gets the ball out quicker and doesn't rely on the long passes that Luck does.

I was just discussing this the other day at work. I don't ever recall a bigger bandwagon example in professional sports. More people jumped on (and now apparently off) the Seahawks bandwagon that any other team I can think of.
You have to remember that they've completely retooled the blocking schemes since Hasselbeck has been playing. He hasn't been under nearly the amount of pressure that Luck was and hopefully they'll keep using similar schemes when Luck returns.
I still think the Falcons are at least a contender but are likely to get bounced out the playoffs early. They played an extremely sloppy game last night, they play like that against a better team (Patriots, Cardinals, Packers, etc....) and they would of had a 50 burger put up against them easy. It was surprising to see our hometown hero Cornerback Delvin Breaux go toe to toe with Julio Jones.
Don't count out the Panthers either, their defense is strong and only getting better.
Brees played well but Atlanta lost this more than the Saints won it. Atlanta served the game up to the Saints.
The center hiking the ball to his groin for a fumble... WTF?
And the punt that was blocked, what was the Falcon doing there when the rusher just ran right by him. Its like he did not know he was playing football.
Which makes it all the more laughable that Seahawks fans were rated the most loyal at the beginning of the season. Such BS
Wow, anyone see this catch? College football but still....
