I love my ti4200 but if I was in teh market now there is no doubt I would choose the 9700 pro.

Nvidia is in deep sh!t here. The FX is hot, loud, and takes up a lot of space and power. But its only slightly faster than the 9700 pro and a lot more expensive. If their price doesn't come down fast, ATI is going to wipe the floor, especially when the R350 comes out.

A little OT: if the wide 256-bit bus of the Radeon helped it perform so well, then maybe it also applies to the Hammer 64-bit CPU.
