And there it is, as expected.
Meanwhile the liberal conspiracy theorists on threads are all questioning things because pelosi and Schumer had n't endorsed her yet. Duh. Just had to space it out slightly

Yeah, I went to Biden's website because I kept finding PACs instead of the campaign itself.Link legit Harris ticket donation site... TIA
I can kinda see why people would think that! The meanings would be slightly different though.I thought Die in this case was a forging or casting die. Not a die as in one dice.
They had casting and forging back then. The phrase is Latin. Iacta alea est. From over 2000 years ago, long before machine manufacturing.
I'm really worried about you because your mind has melted.Good to see the Indian uber taxi drivers hooked up her with her drugs pronto!
Alea specifically refers to a die used in a game of chance. There isn't any ambiguity here. They had casting and forging back then.
Good within a narrow context, absolutely horrid in the broader context of a functioning democracy. 🙂 🙁
Looks like that lists the username in order of when they voted, which is interesting.
My fiancée did the same thing, was all worried after the announcement, but by late afternoon was all excited and donated for the first time this season. I've been donating to Biden about once a month and donated again after the announcement. I have a deep respect for Biden and will fully support Kamala, or on the off chance another candidate determined by the convention. But I can honestly say I'm excited for Kamala in a way I wasn't about Biden and I'm seeing that on social media since the announcement. My dog walker texted me yesterday afternoon that she was really upset Biden stepped down. But I texted her back today and she was all excited and had donated. She saw all the excitement and donations coming in and got super pumped. She is in!
At work a woman asked my brother in law what he thought of the news, he was cautious but optimistic. She said she and her family were glued to the TV all day they were so goddamn excited!
Nazis, not nazi's.And any bed wetter complaining she can't do it, I'm going to kick in the dick and tell them if they aren't part of the solution, they are part of the problem. She's now the candidate. Support her and lets go punch some nazi's in the face.

Some people like the middle; "left wing agendas" can lose you elections. The Dems have basically lost the middle already, going too far into identity politics. I just saw one of Kamala's statements since becoming the presumptive nominee. Did she address the economy, the border, international unrest? No, the first thing she pounded on, as she has done continuously, was reproductive rights. I am all for a reasonable policy on allowing abortion (something along the lines of Roe v Wade), but to anyone whose primary concern is this issue, the Dems are already the clear winner. Move on to other issues. Try to win back independents, and "the middle".Clinton rode up on the extraordinarily crazy times of Dotcom boom. That was not him.
He was by no means supporting left agendas and basically stole the middle from the Republicans.
All of those inflation problems you point up are international. The US doesn't own the inflation. Quit mouthing the right-wing talking points for fuck's sake.

The Dems are a center right party. They can't win on mythical "independents"; they can only win by getting out the vote. Some people like the middle; "left wing agendas" can lose you elections. Interesting. Apparently you are correct. I always assumed it meant a die use in casting metal.Alea specifically refers to a die used in a game of chance. There isn't any ambiguity here.

No, the absolutely horrid is the completely unlimited and unmonitored billion dollars or more in dark money spend polluting the campaign, that doesn't even require disclosing givers identity (or even verifying that they are a U.S. citizen).Good within a narrow context, absolutely horrid in the broader context of a functioning democracy. 🙂 🙁
I never said it wasn't important. I simply said that the Dems are already clear winners if this is the primary or single issue for a voter. I dont think it is going to turn the tide again for the Dems like it sort of did in the 2022 midterms. And even then, all it did was prevent a red wave that would have been a disaster. With all the crazies in the Rep party, if the Dems had a clear, appealing mainstream message and presented it effectively, they should have taken a clear majority in both houses. If you don't have a vagina I don't expect this to resonate the same way with you. Slightly more than 50% of the country does have one and this *IS* important.
The Obama economy wasn’t really full steam until his second term. Obama did a great job in his first term of cleaning up the mess of a recession GW Bush left him.Obama, Clinton (great economy, balanced the budget), JFK? I really dont get all these posters that think Biden did such a great job. All he really accomplished was an infrastructure bill. His supporters will point to the economy, but that is a mixed bag at best. Lots of "jobs", but have you tried to buy a car or house? Rent an apartment? Get medical care? Gone to the grocery store?
You also use (manufacturing) dies for casting, but I’ve never heard of a die itself being cast. Whatever being cast is the high volume item you want to produce. If you were going to cast a die you’d need another, bigger die to cast it… and then… oh my brainAlea specifically refers to a die used in a game of chance. There isn't any ambiguity here.
Make up your mind. The Obama economy wasn’t really full steam until his second term. Obama did a great job in his first term of cleaning up the mess of a recession GW Bush left him.
How were things when Biden took office? Remember COVID? We’re just finally starting to turn the corner (Fed looks almost guaranteed to cut rates in September) after bringing inflation down to target levels which was painful yes, and whoever is president next term will reap the rewards of that. Normally that would have been a Biden 2nd term but here we are. Regardless I think we need to acknowledge he navigated the recovery pretty skillfully.
