Here it is. I hope she picks Wes Moore for VP.
It was NEVER time for Nixon…I think one of many reasons LBJ turned down running again was because with so many conspiracy theories surrounding the JFK assignation he did not want the finger pointed at him with some saying it cleared the way for him to be president. Plus the country was in cultural tumult and Vietnam was turning into a mess.
It was time for Nixon.
Perhaps. But 1968 America disagrees with you. Good thing he did not pick Barry Goldwater as VP.It was NEVER time for Nixon…
Look hit it turned out…Perhaps. But 1968 America disagrees with you. Good thing he did not pick Barry Goldwater as VP.
She gains all the people that were thinking of not voting at allGawd-dammit! I always said I’d vote for the crackwhore on the corner before I’d for Trump…I guess that means…
Kamala Harris for President 2024!
(makes me shudder just typing that…but, IMO, she doesn’t stand a chance.)
Those 2 do something Biden didn't - they refuse to do debates.A problem with getting presidents to step down is that there is no incentive for them to do so. This is true at multiple layers of official representation, not just the presidency. Look at the stress created when Dianne Feinstein’s handlers cemented her into office. The seniority was just too valuable to give up. Nancy Pelosi is 84 years old, to name a current example. Congress is full of walking talking shambling mummies who are either selfishly enamored of their own power or who egotistically believe nobody else could serve the public in the position better than they do (or some of both), and who will have to be dragged out of office fucking kicking and screaming.
If this works, Biden should come out and say the judges are acting illegally and jail them. Use the powers just granted to him. The judicial coup must end. They know it’s not, they probably just (most likely correctly) think they can sow chaos by judge shopping for someone willing to Calvinball their way to such a ruling.

See below for pudding and a good laugh, and that's someone without old age problems. What is he wrong about? Trump gaffes and doesn't form coherent sentences more than Biden. Just watch his rallies and speeches. His father had dementia, so there is no reason to doubt that it's not setting in due to the evidence that's right in front of your fucking face. Trump is is almost 80. Trump could drop dead any minute. Trump lives on fast food garbage and rage. While he has doctors tell him he's the healthiest person on the planet. Biden is in much better physical and mental shape than Trump. Trump is a mentally ill narcissist who has no moral code. Narcissists only think of themselves and don't listen to reason and peers. A heavily flawed trait if you want to be President.
What the fuck? did you just crawl out from under a rock?
and where does this "high road" get us?My wife said, the Democrats did the right thing again, not like the Republicans. They said the guy at the top is a problem and they stood up and told him that he needs to step aside. Something the Republicans did not do.
Do you believe in unicorns and fairies? It's been fun watching @Indus and @MrSquished try and out crazy each other but maybe we can get back to normal now?
I wish they would have been parading her around for the last few months. Even with Joe staying in at that point, it would have assured people that if Joe can't finish the term, that there was a strong VP behind him. Then at this point, we'd have 2+ months of Harris already campaigning and in front of people. If they don't galvanize behind Kamala immediately that is a huge mistake.
Strongly? It turned psychotic his bedwetting.Do you believe in unicorns and fairies?
(MrSquished is fine, he just feels really strongly about this issue lol)
Harris' political negatives seem to be local politics in California. California isn't going for Trump and local politics don't generally get carried into the national spotlight. Being a woman is going to hurt her nationally because there are a MFT of misogynists in America.Actually, I think it’s not that clear cut. I think she’ll turn away many people who were on the fence about voting for Biden for a second term.
not looking great, but we've got a "puncher's chance" if we get the right white male onto the ticket. Thankfully there are some options there. This senile motherfucker should have bowed out at the start of the year so we could have had a real primary. Now we're stuck with Harris and Trump's going to win.
The dam finally failed this past week, so it was no longer his choice. He could have refused to step aside, but with the near total revolt in place, that means he'd not only lose the election, he'd burn the whole house down in the process. We would have lost the Senate as well (still could happen), and the House is still nearly a 50/50. His legacy would have been toast if that happened. (In effect, it's not really voluntary.)Wow, was not expecting Biden to voluntarily step down. At all.
Who are already voting for the orange monkey. So that’s a moot point.Harris' political negatives seem to be local politics in California. California isn't going for Trump and local politics don't generally get carried into the national spotlight. Being a woman is going to hurt her nationally because there are a MFT of misogynists in America.
