Wow, was not expecting Biden to voluntarily step down. At all.

so paraphrase a line from an earlier season of GoT if you expected Biden to be able to credibly stay in you haven't been paying attention.

I’m going to walk this back a bit, as it seems the Dem donor base and other potential candidates/ Congressional leaders are coalescing behind Harris as leading the ticket. If that indeed is the case and the money is flowing behind her, the no need to saddle her with the lamest of lame duck presidencies. I was worried there would be more waffling about this and right now it’s looking like I was wrong about that.
Now I’m waffling again—because I can’t believe it, but the GOP impeachment machine is spinning back up…

Lolwut? They can’t impeach him for something that would fall under 25A
The house can impeach someone for any reason they want. They could impeach the president for wearing a tan suit.

Seems like a sad attempt to keep Biden at the forefront.

Harris doesn't have to dominate the polls.

She just has to not commit any treason, conduct any insurrections, or get convicted of fraud or rape between now and the election to beat the buffoon who wrecks economies, families, our courts, our institutions, our security and our credibility.

Say what you want about Kamala Harris, to my knowledge she's never stolen top secret documents in order to sell them to foreign powers. Seems relevent since we're talking about being CiC. I don't expect we'd ever see her do Putin's bidding either, as opposed to Trump's fervent handjobs for his little bossman.

They want to show Trump just how fucking loyal they are by demanding that Biden resign the presidency immediately because he is “unfit to serve”, and if he doesn’t resign immediately then Mike Johnson will start impeachment hearings.

Their goal isn’t just to embarrass Biden—they want to drag this out in public so they can point fingers at anyone in the White House who knew Biden wasn’t “fit to serve” and tried to hide it.

Unfortunately, American voters are a lot dumber than you imagine.

You sure they weren't asking you to remember contested primary history? You should quote those people.
Some folks were adamant that the incumbent advantage is too strong to pass up. As they say, hindsight is 20/20.

I’m also reading in certain dark corners that some state GOP operatives are thinking of filing lawsuits against having Harris on top of the ticket for not following the state primary process.

I think a lot of this is just conjecture and throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks, but I wouldn’t be surprised if some GOP blowhards see an in for Mike Johnson to somehow, someway, take over this lame duck presidency and use executive power over the FEC to stymie any Dem ticket from appearing on state ballots.

Trump won in 2016 while calling for his brownshirts to assassinate Clinton.

What a surprise! Who could have imagined the senile old child sniffer stepping down from down from the election and endorsing Kamala?

That's because you know no Republican nominee would ever put country before their own power.
Couldn't be that Joe lost the support of pretty much his entire party? Or that his major donors shut of the money? Maybe Jill told him the election was yesterday and he lost.

Jeffries makes sense. He could be the next Bronco Bama.
LOL no. If FDC wants it—it’s bad for Dems! There’s lots of ways for Dems to lose this race…and one of them would be a California/NYC ticket that ignores the middle of the country once again.

HahahahahahaHa HahahahaHa Ding Dong the wicked Biden's dead and we get Kamala Harris instead.

But what upsets me the most

Is that that silly senile ghost

Without a single cogent thought in his head

And everybody knows is brain dead

Gets to recommend an equally empty head in his stead

Fuck that! Open the nomination to all and get a completely new team.

Ask Michelle Obama to step up and save the nation.

Michelle Obama might be the better choice…but in reality, she has zero political experience beyond being First Lady for 8 years. I still think I’d vote for her over Kamala Harris.

Your point? We know he's a douche who routinely suggests stochastic terror.

He also had a lot of help from the Russians, crooks of the GOP, and James Comey.

Too bad Biden is senile and suffering from the usual liberal brain defect otherwise all he has to do is make a presidential decision he can't be prosecuted for and declare the Republican party a national threat and throw it's leadership in prison in Guantanamo Bay. But like Democrats in general he'll choose to shoot himself in the foot. Wouldn't want people thinking he's mean instead of gentle rational Uncle Joe.

What is it about rational people that makes them such fucking menaces.

I say those things because they matter to the indies, libs and enraged newly registered first time voters. Anyone with a vested interest in the security of this country thinks those things matter.
