He needs to outtrump Trump.

This is 2016 with Joe as the one who's getting mocked, kicked and made fun of at every turn.

He should hang in there and show em!

No. At this point it's his only path and the anti-establishment, anti- billionaire donor, anti-oil and fuck Trump path is legit!

I guess that's why we had President Bernie, eh?

It's weird I thought Bernie got fucked by DNC and I'm watching Biden going through the same thing.

I still love Bernie and Biden's endearing himself to me a lot more than he did in 2020.

Yeah, but you’re insane and a large majority of actual people, not the nebulous DNC, want Biden to step aside

I want him to fuck up the democrats so bad, they actually start listening to people rather than donors.

Packing scotus.. vastly popular, vetoed by DNC
Medicare for all.. vastly popular, vetoed by DNC
Climate change policy.. vastly popular, vetoed by DNC

Could go on and on but apparently telling the truth and facts means I get called insane.

All I and Joe needs is a Pepsi!

This is true. I think a lot of it is because tons of Indian cabbies hate Kamala Harris because of her impure race so he doesn't like her and she is the likely next nominee

Since you're a new yorker, I'll bet you a slice of sicilian.. Kamala doesn't carry PA.

And that's my problem with her, not her race, not her looks, not her policies.

Win the most important state in the EC with this one weird trick:

View attachment 102910

It's so weird:

Trump can suck Putin's dick (exiting Nato)
Trump can destroy our rights (abortion/ marriage/ citizenship)
Trump can appoint more scotus judges
Trump can have us killed as an official act (project 2025)
Trump can bankrupt the US by adding more debt (8 billion in the last one - none covid related)

but

Biden having one bad day is the problem..

Yep Trump did something to this country alright.. now we celebrate stupidity and call that reasonable and logical vs actually going with an argument based on facts and conjectures.

And apparently I'm insane for taking things in context because I'm not going along with the "majority". Maybe I know something like debate bumps are temporary.

Trump did one thing alright. He lowered our collective standards so much that we’re actually considering running an 82 year old who can barely string his thoughts together and can’t advocate for the success of his administration. Imagine if Haley had won the GOP nomination. It wouldn’t be a coin flip, it’d be game over for the Dems.

If you're going into hypotheticals.. if Biden hadn't helped Israel so much and still kept asylum seekers overseas.. I think Biden would have destroyed Haley.

But right wing media would have created a new narrative.. Harris is evil.. the only good Indian woman is Nimrata Haley.

It's moves and countermoves.. and then an occasional earthquake (Hamas).

I personally believe Russia nudged Iran into getting Hamas to attack Israel to distract from Ukraine. It didn't have the desired effect but it still created problems for Joe.

I don't think enough of hardcore MAGA shows up at the ballot box for Haley, or if they do, they write in Trump. You're giving them too much credit to think they'd willingly vote for a non-white woman.

If you're still typing this was about one bad debate, you're still in the stage of grief known as denial of fucking reality.

Yeah, maybe. I think she gets most independents and even some politically disengaged Dems. Not that important a hypothetical, but the point stands I think that this is only even a conversation because Trump lowered the quality of our discourse by an order of magnitude from its already pathetic state.

Yeah, I've said it before, but when he was still in the primary stages and assured the audience his penis was of adequate size, I couldn't believe it had sunk so low.
What a sweet summer child I was 😥

Here is one for the stay argument. Up two points nationally in a quality poll where people think being old is less bad than being a liar.

As Willie Brown (90 YO) said it's either an old man or a crook.

Here's a good take on what went down and what was about to go down with some history thrown in at the end, where he quotes Churchill when things looked bleak. This was 1 week ago, the day after the debate and it's by a cofounder of The Lincoln Project. He says they are all about 1 thing: defeating Trump, period. He sees Trump as nothing but pernicious and explains that in detail!

How to make Biden's bad night into Trump's bad November:
