I had to return the memory I bought for my most recent build, as one of the two dual-channel sticks was defective... This was my first build in years, so naturally I was a little bummed out.
It turned out that they were out of the memory I had bought (DDR2-800 Platinum, a mid-range-ish line), so the guy I spoke too set me up with an upgrade. I figured maybe something marginally better, but I got back twin sticks of their DDR2-800 S.O.E. (4-4-3-15 timings, and they easily reach DDR2-1066 speeds at more relaxed timings) whatchamacallits, which retail for about $80 more than I paid originally (!!). Plus, my dad works a few blocks away from their offices, so I was able to make the swap in person .
Overall, I'm obviously very happy with their customer support... Just thought I'd share my experiences. I'll definitely be looking to OCZ for any future upgrades.
