OCZ Memory: Are they able to regain consumer trust?

I know I may be brushed off as I am new here, but I have valid facts I wish to share.

OCZ was owned by Cencom INC. about seven months ago and was run alongside several online shops which were all based out of one building. Cencom declared bankruptcy several months ago, and it's former owner, Eric Hull currently owns a review site.

OCZ was purchased back by its original owner, Ryan Peterson and they have struggled to gain a reputation. Ryan did not change the name because he feels he can change a bad thing to good. Recently Ryan took care of a lot of unpaid debts to tech sites to which OCZ owed money (The Tech Zone and AMDMB) and OCZ's memory has undergone a complete overhaul.

I do not work for OCZ, and I was not paid off to say these things. Also, OCZ leases a line from PDP who manufacturers memory based on OCZ's specifications. OCZ has a major IC manufacturer developing their new EL DDR IC's, which are ultra thin. I am going to release a picture of EL DDR without a spreader which clearly shows that OCZ does indeed have the funds to at least have memory inked with their name to their specs.

As you can see the actual IC sits above the PCB and is quite thin. This is OCZ's EL DDR.

Please, give OCZ one more chance. They are a changed company.

Alright. After more criticism than I've given any other subject (and believe me, that's saying a lot), I'm willing to give them another chance. Has any decision come as to whether or not to let them into the guides?

Found a link to OCZ, under the 256 MBit, the first memory, speed grade 433, 466, & 500. Look at the voltage, 2.8 V.

Yeah, so? GeIL requires 2.8 volts as well. The PCB's can handle it now.

The latest JEDEC standard is for 333MHz. Asking for increased voltage to take a module to timings that high is pretty reasonable. Plus, if you look below (and I might be reading this thing wrong) there is another module that can be clocked to 500MHz at 2.5V. And it's rated to run at CL2.5, with a 2T CMD rate. Not half bad if you ask me.

I've NEVER had a problem with OCZ, even when they were going through their bad buisness phase. I bought 2 sticks of PC150, one did not work, so I sent it back and they sent me a new one very quickly, and at no charge.

Bring back OCZ.

I'm a satisfied owner of 5 OCZ RAM sticks. All work great.
