Ocean's 13

NFS4

No Lifer
Just heard it on MSNBC. It is in the works.

Should have stopped with the remake of Ocean's 11

Not really. 12 wasn't as good as 11, but it was light years better than most of the trash Hollywood spews forth these days. The only reason 12 looked bad was because 11 was so good. Judged on it's own merits it was a decent flick. The only really stupid part was that whole Julia Roberts impersonating Julia Roberts thing.

so first Lucas does Oceans 11,12,13

then he makes Oceans 8,9,10 ? is that the plan?

what about Oceans 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 ?

with that cast, I would be the first to support a "real" sequel, despite my usual disposition towards sequels, but if the writing's going to be on par with Oceans 12, then no thanks.

i thought the first one was good, the second one was a bit more unbelivable, but i stilll found it entertaining and fun to watch. If they keep the same cast, i wouldn't mind seeing it.

Wasn't the second one just an excuse for Pitt, Clooney, et al to go partying in Europe? Not that that was any different from the original Rat Pack movie (just substitute Vegas for Europe)...

Yes, they are about Billy Ocean. In 11, he sings "Caribbean Queen," then a motorcycle chase ensues, and ends with him backflipping off his bike and decapitating his pursuer with a microphone cord. In 12, he sings "Get Outta My Dreams (And Into My Car)" during a stunning car chase involving a Ferrari Testarossa, a souped up Yugo, and 2 Blackhawk helicopters. Incredible moviemaking on both counts.

Maybe if they went backwards and did an Ocean's Ten it would better instead of worse like the current cycle. Loved the first one, wanted my money back from the second one.

What's the point of keeping the same cast when they hardly used half of them in the last one? 😉

I saw Oceans 13 on IMDB the other night and I about gagged. After the crapfest that was Oceans 12, I will not be wasting my money on this one. I MIGHT rent it. Same with M:I 3.

Puhlease. The only reason why you would even watch it is for Pitt, Clooney and Damon 😉

11 is one of my favorite movies ever, 12 was so bad I had to stop watching after like 30 minutes. If 13 is worse than 12, my head may explode if I try to watch it.

11=great
12=one of the worst movies I've ever seen. My gf and I didn't walk out because we thought there would be a cool ending. We were wrong.

I agree. It was the first movie that I wanted to walk out of.

Yes, because we know Pitt, Clooney, et. al need an excuse. Clooney having a home on Lake Como (where part of Ocean's 12 was shot) and everyone being unfathomably rich and famous, I'm sure they couldn't go anywhere in the world they wanted at any time and have an instant party 🙂

i.e. No way.
