Alrite, this is a D stepping Whinchester. I can only oc up to 2.25 ghz on it. 2.3 and it fails Prime 95 in the first few seconds. My RAM timings are 4-8-8-12, so maybe it's my RAM? EDIT: This is also on A8N-E and TruePower2 550w EPS.

still need another MB. Run a search for that board to see if others have encountered the same issue.

There could be a problem with your memory. Use stock RAM timing and retest with 5:6 memory divider. 3-3-3-6-1T is a good start for many ValueRams.
