Alrite, this is a D stepping Whinchester. I can only oc up to 2.25 ghz on it. 2.3 and it fails Prime 95 in the first few seconds. My RAM timings are 4-8-8-12, so maybe it's my RAM? EDIT: This is also on A8N-E and TruePower2 550w EPS.

Not sure why running the RAM at 166 speed would kill the SATA. Sounds like you need another MB.

No the high frequency. My board cant handle the high frequency

still need another MB. Run a search for that board to see if others have encountered the same issue.

There could be a problem with your memory. Use stock RAM timing and retest with 5:6 memory divider. 3-3-3-6-1T is a good start for many ValueRams.
