So I started squatting again after about a year and half break.

I didn't have proper form before, and It didn't effect me until I started really increasing the weight on the bar and then one day, I had a boo boo (read: royally fucked up my back).

So I got scared and kept away after I got better.

JUST started again, and from square one.

Read the TIPS for proper form on Stronglifts.com as well as viewed the videos.

When I did them today, It seemed like there would always be one thing off on my form. After I adjust and fix that one thing I manage to mess another aspect of the form up. (First time, Knees bent in a lil too much, second time, I wasn't pushing with up with heels as much but more-so my back, etc.)

Ugh, this is gonna take a while, but gonna do it right this time before progressing with more weight!

Stick with it and work your way up gradually. It's not easy, but no effective form of exercise is.
