Depends on how you look at it. Technically, could there have been an opportunity for D's to overturn this ruling? Sure, but do they want to? No. I don't think most people do when it comes down to it. We have now gotten to the heart of the matter. It took seven years and one million dollars for a woman to get taken off the no-fly list.
