What limits is he pushing? He is exercising the authority given to him under the constitution and laws passed by congress.
Given that Congress at this point could barely agree to take their collective hand off a hot stove without months of delay and histrionics I don't think he's acting unreasonably. This is factually the least productive Congress in the history of the country.
Edit: I was wrong. This Congress is only the 2nd least productive...only surpassed by the previous one.
You might want to study the law, but the president cannot enact Constitutional plans, aka. "Acts" by executive fiat, except when there's a true national crisis (there wasn't), and even then they're only temporary. What he's doing sets dangerous precedent, hell, he's already been slapped down once this week. At least we can hope all of his overreaching orders become overturned, because the alternative is an open door to a dictatorship. You guys get that, right? Even you can see through the cult of personality long enough to realize that one person calling all the shots in a democracy is a bad thing, right?
