You realize that all oil goes on the WORLD market so what you are saying wouldn't do Jack shit to lower the price. Also Big oil is already making on average of 3-10 billion/quarter of pure profit so if they magically could save money on their end it would magically translate to lower prices at the pump?? LMFAO
