At first, I just thought it was funny but now I think it shows how he thinks he's invincible. He knows he can do or say anything he wants and millions of brainwashed followers will defend him. For crap sake a trained professional speech giver such as Obama knows you do not scratch yourself at the podium while making a speech. So it is more likely that was a deliberate gesture not an actual itch.

I'm sorry, but it's a little hard to listen to analysis offered by someone who thinks the appropriate title for someone who speaks in a professional capacity is "professional speech giver".
