I'd rather support their change of mind than taunt them or put them down.Insightful how quickly conservatives' stance on Putin/Russia changed once it was clear he was helping Trump.

That's true but many conservatives have been for the past months been supporting him. That's who I thought you were talking about. They didn't care for him previously.

It turns my stomach all this Putin stuff and blows my mind.Yes, trump-putin BFF 5EVER was the trailblazer for conservative-russian relations. Just look at them falling over each other now sticking up for mother russia.

I agree, leaking a recorded phone call involving a US citizen is illegal. That doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing. Hacking the DNC was also illegal and I've very glad it happened. Draining the swamp involves lifting rocks and shining the light on the scurrying cockroaches, to badly mix a metaphor, and whether or not lifting that particular rock is legal it's certainly a good thing for the nation. I like Flynn and frankly could not care less if he talked to the Russians about sanctions, but he lied to the FBI; ergo he must be kicked out. Can't have people in power who are above the law, and if it takes a felony to produce the necessary political will to do that, so be it. I can only hope the felon remains uncaught since he's done us a service here.
It's amusing that the Pubbies are now doing the exact same thing the Dems did - trying to make the leak the story instead of what the leak revealed. Didn't work then and it certainly isn't going to work now. People are smarter than that.
Spin away. The DNC & Podesta hacks had nothing to do with national security per se. Publication was pure politics, contributing to the election of Trump as President. If you think that serves the interests of the nation you're out of your mind.
The Flynn situation is entirely different. Trump was informed weeks before finally shitcanning Flynn & did nothing. Only kinda publicizing the situation prompted him to act. We still don't know exactly what was said & likely never will. He was obviously much too well connected to the Russians to serve as national security advisor. Notions to the contrary are absurd. Trump's failure to act in a timely fashion indicates that he's either incompetent or complicit, take your pick.
Exactly this. Mend and heal instead of kicking someone when they're down...
Yes, I'm concerned with all this celebrating. People being snarky to those willing to see the reality of this President and its Administration encourages them to pull back and remember why they hate anyone outside their party.
Trump and co. are hanging themselves, the rest of the party (moderates) should be willing witnesses and motivated obstructionists rather than reluctant supporters and complicit followers. I for one am absolutely willing to applaud anyone changing their mind about this President and its minions. I don't hate Republicans and never have but I despise this Administration and their Weasel... I'm struggling a bit with its blind full out devotees. I was an Obama fan but in no way did I think him flawless.
Excuse me, but Trump isn't an anomaly. He just took the Repub message & turned the volume up to eleven. Everything he's done & has proposed is right straight down the fringe raving side of he party line with exclamation points added.

What did the leak reveal? (He talked the Russian ambassador? BFG)
I know what Flynn has said about the phone call. But I haven't seen a transcript of it, so I IDK what was revealed. I know what is alleged by the Dems, but since they haven't see the transcripts either I can't put any faith into their allegations.

Your defense of Flynn may feel like loyalty but the man resigned/was fired, he's not pure-as-the-driven-snow innocent. Are you waiting for the transcripts to determine the depth of your rage and sense of betrayal?
Apparently Flynn was planning on kidnapping the outed leader of turkey or something.

Is this video biased? If so how? No traps, just want to know.
