Possibly a conspiracy theory he ingested on some crazy alt-right website. If it's true then it's related to the Russian hacking/fake news interference to help get Trump elected and pursuing Russian interactions with members of Trump's campaign staff constituting possible collusion. The former seems more likely because Trump is a nutjob. The latter could constitute Trump revealing classified information on Twitter.
