Maybe people were bored and voted for the entertainment candidate?
I've seen yesterday's spot interviews -- "man/woman on the street" -- with sol-called-president Dick-Face's supporters.
That disgusting cornpone, ignorant, stupid, cerebrally--challenged brain-defective trash is unbelievable for their blindness and moral depravity.
Somebody suggested there is suddenly a bothersome worry in the so-called president's secret thoughts, because he has tweeted this business blaming Obama for phone-taps.
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty damn sure. You won't be able to convince the clueless cornpone twits, but OF COURSE his phone was tapped, if there was a LEGAL and ACCEPTED tap on the phones of Russian suspects or known espionage actors. If it were a matter of the Patriot Act, there would have involvement of the special court that approves that sort of thing.
Phone taps on Residentura and other Russian individuals is a matter of routine. if they happened to be talking to Trump, that's his tough luck.
On the positive side, I e-mailed a "Thank you" to Obama in late November or early December, with an applause as well for VP Biden. [You can do things like this simply by going to the White House website -- but I have nothing nice to communicate after January 20.] I suggested that Obama likely began thinking of the statutes for "misprision of a felony." I was just worried that he hadn't thought out the endgame, since he let the whole matter slide until after the election, and doing so has a sieve of different possible consequences. Raising the matter before the election also has possible consequences, and any thinking American can understand that too.
So some several days ago, they announced that the Obama team had worked very hard to archive the accumulation of information, evidence and related artifacts before leaving office.
Folks? Given the absolutely unprecedented language, agenda, associates, incompetence and ignorance of the current "so-called president," Obama's attention to the facts and details just to anticipate the various consequences is heroic. I just hope it is all sufficient to expel the Anti-Christ, Putin-puppet, asshole and scum from the White House.
This is exactly what the Russians would have wanted in terms of "respect" for the American presidency and our respect for each other. Some few years ago, a retired KGB [or current-day equivalent] officer was quoted to say he predicted the US would split up into parts just as USSR had.
I had some thoughts about that as I recall, but just hoped it wasn't true. We'd been through 8 years of Bush and then another 8 years of hate from the cornpone white-trash scum supporting the Pied-Piper of Birtherism.
And I now think it's an acceptable outcome. If they are really that stupid, that blind, that biased -- they're not "good Americans" to me. But all of their cities are "Blue."
The only way to get an ignoramus to learn something is a repetitive narrative about the facts so they can congratulate themselves for figuring it out on their own. The last person to admit being ignorant is a stupid person, and I've heard a lot of stupid people advocating for Donald ScumF**k the Traitor.
And of course, the Russians had seen that all along. They probably had a team of demographers, sociologists and psychologists studying the US in great detail and then proposing different psy-war initiatives, techniques and approaches. The GOP loyalists have constantly argued "you can't prove it actually affected the outcome," because all they care about his keeping a grip on the White House. But in warfare, that's not the issue, but yes -- it could be proven. One would think that the Russians were also collecting statistical data as they proceeded through their psy-war campaign. "Is it having an effect here? Or there? How many percentage points change can be extrapolated from this or that survey result?'
Trump's behavior in this business is already an established pattern. He tipped his hand by publicly asking the Russians to hack Hillary -- albeit her personal server. They hacked the State Department. Every time the Russian matter comes up in news and conversation, Trump is there patting the Russians on the back to deflect attention from it. [But it drew attention, didn't it?] And every time some new twist appears on what Trump calls "fake news," he coins a new song-and-dance to make an accusing finger point the opposite direction.
So this is just a "tell" from a narcissist gambler that he's worried about his cell-phone history.
In other words, as a matter of probability, THERE . . . IS . . A 'THERE' THERE.
