I have to give PJ credit though. It is insanely difficult to go on a mesage board knowing that the odds are stacked against you....I've tried it. It is tiresome.

But he keeps trying everyday all day long...

the only way I would put up with any of that is if I was getting paid to do it.

Actually I have cut back on posting recently.

This place has become hopelessly pro Obama and Democrats.
There are hardly any threads that provide some type of a fair and level playing ground for both sides.

Also, did you notice that most right wing posters have pretty much disappeared?
Like you said, it gets tiring.

If you had something legit to post, you might actually be taken more seriously.

You don't provide very good arguments, that's your problem. I've suggested this to other people, instead of just cut and pasting BS stories about Obama's wife's first cousin once removed (!?) find a policy you don't like, do some research on why it is bad, and post up a well thought out, reasonable post on the subject. The few times you've done that I've been the first to defend you.

When you do dumb drive-by stuff like this (and this one was pretty pathetic), you are deservedly dogpiled for it. You can do better, I've seen you do better. Why don't you?

well I was serious in giving you credit. After all the BS you put up with (granted most of it you deserve 😛 ) you still stick your head in here.

I couldn't/wouldn't do it unless someone was paying me to.

It will improve a few months after the election. Right now everyone is on edge and frothing at the mouth (both sides of the isle). It's pathetic really, there really are only a small number of people around here who are acting reasonable and rational.

You guys and the Keating 5... the Senate, which was controlled by Democrats, said that McCain was completely innocent.

Here is what they said about McCain: His "actions were not improper nor attended with gross negligence and did not reach the level of requiring institutional action against him....Senator McCain has violated no law of the United States or specific Rule of the United States Senate."

I'm sorry but if you guys on the right continue to make these guilt by association arguments against Obama then McCain's associations are fair game.

McCain and Keating had become personal friends following their initial contacts in 1981,[11] and McCain was the only one of the five with close social and personal ties to Keating

wiki

and this is exactly why McCain is making a mistake by going down this road with Obama.

WRONG! McCain was exonerated by the Senate Committee while Obama is yet to be investigated with his association with Ayers, Wright and et al. Obama's camp is desperate to respond with this news and all they can come up with is a totally completed innocent finding on McCain.

You guys are so desperate for change you will blindly embrace anything except GOP's even when it's obvious Obama is the messiah of who knows . . .

And what does Obama need to be investigated for exactly?

Uh, what and Who is going to Investigate Obama's associations beyond what has already been covered by the Media?

Of course it's not. Just like when OJ was found innocent during his murder trial. Except this time he didn't get away except to jail. Same will hold true with Obama, except it'll be after Nov. 4 when his true color will shine. October fest is here and it's time to celebrate!

You can't cave in with this liberal propaganda both here and the elitist media. For every election year there is this so called October surprises and the GOP's are just starting!

"WRONG."
McCain would write in 2002 that attending the two April 1987 meetings was "the worst mistake of my life"
Why would he say that if he didn't do anything wrong? The Senate Ethics Committee also said he exercised poor judgment. Of course he was in collusion but weaseled his way out of charges.

unless you are willing to admit the biases on both sides of the aisle people around here will tune you out.

In that case... Obama admitted that buy his house with the the help of Tony Rezko was a 'boneheaded' mistake. Obviously Obama is admitting his guilt when he made that statement...

a quote for you, tell me that it isn't true.
If John McCain had belonged to a church for 20 years and that church advocated white supremacy and the pastor of the church spewed racist propaganda wrapped in Biblical verses ? much of which was caught on video-tape ? what would we say? If McCain's good friends included people involved in blowing up abortion clinics instead of the Capitol Building, the Pentagon, and police stations, what would we say? If McCain was socially close to a professor with ties to neo-Nazi groups in Berlin, as opposed to a professor who had ties to the PLO, what would we say? If McCain spent his formative years schooled in fascism as opposed to Marxism, what would we say?

Id say you are blowing a hell of alot of things out of proportion.

rev Wright, at the most, is an old school bigot. He never preached racism.

Obama isn't good friends with anyone that blew up anything

Obama wasn't taught anything radical or fascist in his youth

Of course you can blow things out of proportion and make the case that you did in the above quote....but no one will take you seriously.

imho

Obama probably WAS guilty. Difference was, his trial wasn't publicized on CNN and it didn't cost taxpayers 125 BILLION in THE biggest Senate financial scandal ever. The American public doesn't care about Obama's house as much as they care about McCain ripping them off for billions, let's be logical here. Keating 5 > Rezko. Say it again, Keating 5 > Rezko.

Woohoo! Closer and closer to victory. I cant wait to hear your posts when he is your president =)

You keep trying and trying, just like the republican party to drege up irrelevant crap... as McCain sinks lower and lower in the polls. Give up already. People arent concerned with Rezko, Ayers, Wright, or any other past associations.

here is what America is looking at... Issues, and what the winner will do as president. Why dont you post something along those lines to make it relevant? Or would you rather just keep using diversions like McCain? Hows that working out for ya?

Again you forget that the Senate declared McCain to be innocent.

The Senate that was run by Democrats.
