Haha, thanks man.. Considering the massive amount of times I get flamed here a compliment is nice every now and then.. But really, Jon and Jay were very cool guys and it was my pleasure to help them out..

FreedomsBeat-

I'm sorry I didn't get in touch yesterday, but I moved my all of my furniture and exprienced a death in my family all in the same day.

I just can't begin to express how much it means to me that you helped Jay and Jon. It is so refreshing to find kind, giving, gracious people in this world.

You have "upped" my faith in humnity.

You did a really good thing for people you had never known before. May you reap all the rewards !

Thanks !

Sorry to hear about your loss :( If you need to talk just send me a PM, I've failed enough psych classes to know a thing about talking things out ;) All kidding aside, writing out your feelings can really be theraputic...

Jay and Jon were both great people and it was my pleasure helping them. Just let me know if any other problems pop up and I'll do my best to fix them in a timely fashion (on spring break! word!). I'm glad that I've upped your faith in humanity - I could use some "upping" myself! Again, I've never known them before but I'm glad that I met jon and jay and really enjoyed "listening" to jon talk about his brilliant yet zanny ideas and got a kick out of his collection of antique computers (most made before I was born!).. As far as reaping rewards, I felt the love and appreciation and that's all that matters, right? Unless, of course, if either of them wants to introduce me to an attractive single girl who's into fat indian guys I won't stop them ;) Just kidding!

Glad to hear everything appears to have been worked out.

Out of curiosity, is your friend aware of the non-profit organization Enabling Support Foundation, whose goal is to provide technology and access to the Internet to the disabled community? I know Dr. Robert Zenhausern, the CIO and I believe the organization provides some nice information and for the disabled community. Perhaps you want to steer your friend toward the website? He might find it helpful.

Hey guys,
Jon, the cool dude I helped out, asked me if there was any program that would help him make 3D, interactive "worlds." I don't know a thing about this stuff so can I get some leads? Thanks!

I'll leave that up to Polm - I'd be weirded out if all these people were talking about me!

Check your post over in Software... link...

I provided a couple of links for a few programs... Bryce might be the better option to start off with... I realize Jon might be in a tough financial situation, and I will kick in a little money for the purchase, if anyone else is interested in doing the same....

 to all who contributed!
